Frequently asked questions

We have collected the key information about ordering, payment, delivery and bespoke finishes. If you have a further question, we are also happy to help personally.

01

Delivery & ordering

A significant part of our collections is made to order through a careful production process; depending on the product and finish, the expected lead time is generally 4–8 weeks.

When your order is confirmed, we will advise you of the expected lead time and keep you informed about the important stages of the order. Our aim is a transparent, traceable process from production to arrival.

Made-to-order luminaires are not necessarily available from stock. Once an order is finalised, the selected model and finish may enter production, so a longer lead time should be expected.

Before ordering, we clearly display or confirm every essential detail: the selected model, size, finish and expected delivery time.

Design luminaires can include large, delicate or glass pieces, so we pay particular attention to careful handling during delivery.

We handle products with care and inspect them in our warehouse after arrival before forwarding or delivering them. Our aim is for your luminaire to reach you in proper condition.

Our selection is assembled from premium Italian design-lighting collections. Many models arrive to order from the manufacturer, so lead time may depend on the product, finish and current production schedule.

Yes, international delivery is possible for certain products. Its conditions, cost and expected duration vary with the destination country, product size, weight and packaging requirements.

International orders may therefore take longer than domestic delivery. Before finalising an order, we provide individual information on the options, expected lead time and delivery cost.

02

Payment

Card payment and bank transfer are available during checkout. Depending on the selected payment solution, Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available.

The payment methods actually available for a particular order are clearly shown at checkout.

For a product made in a bespoke or personalised finish, 60% of the purchase price is payable when the order is finalised. The remaining 40% is payable when the product is completed, before dispatch begins.

Once production is complete, we notify you that the order is ready and that the balance is due. Dispatch begins only after the full purchase price has been paid.

03

Bespoke orders & finishes

For products made to customer-approved bespoke parameters or in a clearly personalised finish, we are unable to accept cancellation after the order has been finalised and production has begun.

These pieces are made specifically to the approved parameters of the individual order. Before production starts, we discuss and confirm in writing every essential detail, including the model, size and selected finish.

Many collections are available in several sizes, metal and glass finishes, as well as different surfaces and colours.

Not every available combination is necessarily shown online. If you are looking for another size or finish, contact us and we will help review the options available for that collection.

Not necessarily. Some luminaires can be ordered in further sizes, colours, glass or metal finishes that are not shown as separate products online.

If you have a particular idea, contact us. We will check the options available for the selected model.

Yes. If you are unsure which size, colour or finish suits an interior best, we can help you review the options personally.

For a bespoke order especially, it is important to us that every essential parameter is clear before finalisation.

Advice & choosing

Yes. On request, we help choose the appropriate lighting through a personal consultation and site survey.

For more complex interiors or projects involving several luminaires, it can be particularly useful to speak early in the design process, so lighting forms one coherent system with the function, proportion and atmosphere of the space.

The right size is not determined by floor area alone. Ceiling height, furniture scale and position, the luminaire’s function, and whether it is a focal point or part of a broader lighting system are all important.

If you are unsure, we are happy to help determine the right proportions before you order.

Yes. Alongside a luminaire’s appearance, we consider the function and size of the space, the desired atmosphere and the existing interior.

The aim is not simply to choose a beautiful lamp, but to create lighting that belongs naturally to the whole space.

It is especially worthwhile if you are selecting several luminaires, considering a large or unusual size, need a bespoke finish, or are uncertain which size and lighting solution suits the space.

Pre-order consultation is particularly important for made-to-order pieces.
